Dialogue with Philippines Officials from DOLE and SME Community A 15-strong delegation led by mission leader Ms. Jeanette T Damo, Director from The Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE) in Philippines, visited Singapore Innovation and Productivity Institute (SiPi) - the latest Centre of Excellence in Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF). Peter Koen's 1-Day Innovation Discovery Workshop More than 30 avid industry participants attended the one-day innovation discovery workshop, which featured keynote speaker – Associate Professor Peter Koen, and his sharing on Front End of Innovation, and the difficulties of Breakthrough Innovation.
